Perfect for stimulating baby's autonomy.
Ingredients: Carrot, courgette, sweet potato (cut into thick sticks).

Extra tip: Use cutlery with a silicone tip to protect your baby's sensitive gums and make it easier to adapt to the spoon.
These recipes are not only easy to prepare — they also invite moments of sharing, laughter and (a lot of) mess. But it's all part of the process, and that's where memories are made.
